1. Services

Josie's Delite's provides catering services for events, including but not limited to, weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and private parties. We offer various menu options and customizable packages to suit your specific needs.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed by phone or by email.

• A 30 - 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due [number] days before the event.

• We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery (COD) for approved clients only.

3. Menu Selection and Customization

• Final menu selections must be made [number] days before the event.

• We offer various customization options to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please notify us of any allergies or special requests when booking.

• Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability. We will notify you of any substitutions and offer comparable alternatives.

4. Guest Count and Minimum Order

• A final guest count is required 10 days before the event. You will be charged for the guaranteed minimum number of guests, even if fewer attend.

• We have a minimum order requirement of $250 for all catering services.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than [number] days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 50% administrative fee.

• Cancellations made within [number] days of the event will forfeit the entire deposit.

6. Delivery and Set-up

Josie's Delite's will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or food shortages.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Josie's Delite's and the client and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or representations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

11. Dispute Resolution
